Sponsor Information

The Rallies are partially underwritten by generous businesses and organizations. The event has been ongoing since 1989 and draws over 20,000 people during the season.

ArtSpace is a non-profit 501c3. Sponsorships are deductible, and 100% of the Rally proceeds go towards ArtSpace classes, exhibits, building expenses, etc.

Sponsors provide volunteers on their night, usually in company T-shirts, etc. Often they have freebies to give away and other promotional materials on hand. All the sponsor volunteers age 21 and older receive free beverages of their choice during the event.

Large, high quality banners with that evenings sponsor are placed on stage directly behind the band. The stage emcee makes several sponsor mentions during the evening.

Local radio and TV/Cable often cover the Rally with weekly public service announcements and live broadcasts.

Sponsors are invited to do whatever specific promotional activities they wish at the event that suits their organizations needs. Please take advantage of the long history of goodwill that the public has for the Rally, as well as the large crowds at the event, by maximizing your presence at Rally in the Square.
